Here’s a recap of the spectacular events that lit up the city from October 30 to November 5, 2023.

A Spooky sneak peek right before Halloween

The week began with Aveda Institute Orlando students unveiling their hair and makeup mastery in a hauntingly beautiful fashion show just before Halloween. Six groups competed, and the winner received a complimentary course at Aveda Institute Orlando.

On Monday, October 30th, Jackie Siegel, Queen of Versailles, hosted an Exclusive Party at Westgate Lakes Resort.

On Wednesday, November 1, 2023, Orlando International Fashion Week hosted a spectacular event, “Art & Fashion Hits City Hall.” From 6 PM to 9 PM, the evening was aglow with the brilliance of fashion, featuring designs by renowned creators like Diverso, Michael Emmanuel Couture, Pamoja-na, and exquisite Colombian Artesian jewelry by “Yama by his grace.” The night’s highlight was a proclamation ceremony with Commissioner Regina Hill and Terry Olson, representing the mayors of Orlando and Orange County, respectively. The atmosphere was further elevated with captivating art from Mills Art Gallery, delightful tequila tasting by Tequila Del Toro, and enchanting music courtesy of Violinist Imen Nasser during the fashion show at 7:30 PM.

On Thursday, November 2, 2023, the Sponsor Event, FEN Social, was a dynamic evening featuring impressive Wearable Art by AshRockArt and Postiche by Katia Baker, accompanied by live music from Devrick Bell and Xavier Keyz, and live art by SELFISMO. 

On Friday, November third, the Fashion Designer Competition at Porsche South Orlando took place with a distinguished panel of judges including Deisi Del Toro, Josh Hen, Randy, and Heissiam. The event was emceed by Elizabeth Tran and highlighted by a sponsored cocktail hour courtesy of Build Ventures.

On Saturday, November 4, 2023, Orlando International Fashion Week held two vibrant events. In the afternoon, The Royal Kids & Teens at Castle Hotel Autograph Collection, emceed by Imari Harris, Miss City Beautiful 2023, showcased designs from Bebe’s & Liz’s, My Little Matilda, Ashley Victorian Haute Couture, and more. Later, Fashion Night Out at Castle Hotel Autograph Collection unfolded in the evening, featuring designers such as Bebe’s & Liz’s, Kenneth Brown, Urban Native, and others. The evening was enriched with special performances by Nina O’ Diva and the Orsinis Sisters.

On Sunday, November 5, 2023, the grand finale of Orlando International Fashion Week took place at Eola View. The closing shows showcased designs by Claudia Gutierrez, Inna Designs, and Macy’s. Celebrity guest Jackie Siegel added glamour to the runway, and the night reached its pinnacle with an epic closing by Jovani Designs.
